Through time spent in Ecuador, I had the opportunity to learn directly from producers across different regions and seasons. I saw how coffee is shaped not only by the land, but by the dedication, challenges, and craftsmanship of those who grow it. Each producer works differently, yet they all share a common goal — to bring Ecuadorian coffee to new horizons.
