Our Beginning…
My name is Heidi and my life has always been shaped by three countries. I was born to a Norwegian father and an Ecuadorean mother. I grew up in the United States, spent my formative years in Ecuador and eventually I started my own path in Norway.
Growing up between cultures taught me that every place has something valuable to offer. Each country has its own strengths, its own challenges, and its own unique way of bringing people together. Instead of seeing these differences, I began to see them as pieces of the same puzzle.
That realisation led me to a dream.
A dream of creating something that could honour every part of my worlds and bring them together.
That dream led me to coffee.
Coffee became more than a product, it became a way to connect people, cultures and traditions. It gave me the opportunity to share the best of both worlds.
Ecuador gave me appreciation for origin. It introduced me to the people behind every harvest, the beauty of its landscapes and the incredible potential of its specialty coffee. Norway taught me something equally important: A deep respect for craftmanship, precision and quality.
That dream became Heidi´s Coffee. A brand built on the belief that most meanigful things in life are created when different worlds come together.
A Journey years in the making….

2024
Building Relationships
I began travelling across Ecuador to learn about specialty coffee. I spent time in the mountains of Loja visiting farms, meeting producers and immersing myself in this new world. Coffee taught me that trust takes time. Throughout the year I continued building relationships. Every visit and every conversation taught me something new, not only about coffee but about the people whose passion and dedication make it possible.
2025
From Vision to Reality
This became the year ideas turned into action. It was a year of learning, testing, refining, designing, roasting and building. Every sample tasted, every package designed, and every decision made brought the dream of Heidis Coffee one step closer to reality.
2026
Bringing The Dream Home
After years of learning, building relationships, refining every detail and laying the foundation, 2026 became the year Heidi´s Coffee finally came home. What arrived wasn´t just coffee. It was years of perseverance, relationships, and something real and ready to be shared, one cup at a time. Every relationship built, every producer we work alongside and every coffee we introduce will become another chapter in this story.
As Heidi´s Coffee continues to grow, so does our commitment to sharing the richness of Ecuadorean coffee while building lasting connections between origin and cup.
This is only the beginning.
